Shipping issues
We understand that we look forward to receiving the shipment as soon as we receive the order. We offer next-day delivery services to customers in any region and no more than two to three business days for customers in the New World and remote areas. In stock, day delivery services are only available to commercial customers on Hong Kong Island and Kowloon. If you are in urgent need of delivery, please call (852) 2152 7720. We will ensure that all shipments can be delivered to the customer as soon as possible, excluding a large number of orders. Customers are advised to stay at home and wait to avoid unnecessary delays. If the customer is unable to stay at home, please notify us that the shipment is delivered to a safe place or that the shipment can be arranged to be delivered to the customer’s workplace.
Enjoy free shipping for every $500 you drop. Any order with less than $500 is subject to a courier fee. There is an additional surcharge for special courier services.
